After your contract is finalized, we’ll proceed with the preparation and submission of plans to the relevant local authorities for permits. Concurrently, we’ll start coordinating with our trade partners and gear up for the construction process. From there we’ll set the wheels in motion to transform your vision into reality. Throughout this, our team will be on-site, overseeing our trade partners and ensuring that our commitments to you are met! We are also available to address any questions and promise to treat your home with the highest level of respect during the construction phase. Once the project reaches completion, we will hand over a spotless space that’s ready for you to enjoy.
Detailed Project Plan and Pricing
Upon project development contract execution, we’ll initiate the process of arranging site visits with our trade partners. This is to establish cost estimates and mitigate any potential surprises that may arise during the construction phase. Whether you’re already collaborating with a designer and have blueprints in hand, or if you require plans for your project, we’ll steer you towards the optimal path that caters to your project requirements. At the end of this, you’ll be presented with a comprehensive project pricing proposal, detailing each cost element, along with a fixed total project cost.
